You're capable. People rely on you.
You step in too quickly.
Decisions still end up back on your desk.
You've had the same conversation several times, with the same result.
Under pressure, you get more controlling or more cautious than you'd like.
When everything feels like it needs work, you work on all of it.
Your effort can get spread across too many things, without enough movement in the one that matters most
It can mean another year with the same goal on the list. The same reactions showing up under pressure. And if the bigger role comes, the pattern comes with you.
A strength that has served you well can start working against you in a situation that needs something different
Decisiveness can become impatience
Responsibility can become carrying too much
Empathy can make a hard conversation easier to postpone
Independence can make it harder to bring
other people in
The Blueprint helps you work out which pattern matters most for you right now, and builds a plan around it.
The Blueprint helps you work out which pattern matters most for you right now, and builds a plan around it

WHAT HAPPENS
You complete the Human Dynamics Profile beforehand. We sit together and go through your strengths, blind spots, drivers, what changes for you under pressure and how you show up with other people.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT FOR YOU
You can see how your patterns may be shaping the situations that keep repeating, and where your influence sits. That gives you somewhere to start.
WHAT HAPPENS
A personal development SWOT built from your Profile. Strengths to lean on. Strengths you may be overusing. The risk you haven't addressed. The opportunity worth taking.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT FOR YOU
A long list narrows to one priority. You have a clearer view of where your energy goes next, and what can wait.
WHAT HAPPENS
We turn that priority into a Development Roadmap: what needs to change, how you'll approach it, what you'll do next and what progress looks like.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT FOR YOU
You have a roadmap to draw on in the next difficult conversation, decision or meeting, built for how you tend to operate, including under pressure.
One priority to put your energy into, instead of spreading it across everything.
Under pressure, you're more likely to notice your usual response and decide whether it's serving you
You have specific steps and strategies for your chosen priority
You defined what it looks like, so you'll know what you're looking for
The Blueprint fits if:
the same difficult situations keep repeating
you're stepping into a bigger role and some of what worked before isn't working now
you want a defined process, not an open-ended coaching commitment
You'll need to be willing to look at your own patterns as part of the picture.
Choose the Human Dynamics Profile instead (US $397) if your main question is "What am I not seeing about myself?" and you don't need it turned into a development priority and plan.

Hi, I’m Georgia.
For much of my early career, I was determined to prove what I was capable of.
I was working in manufacturing and eventually became the only woman on an executive team of seven men. I felt the pressure to earn my place, hold my own and make sure I was not underestimated. I remember telling my husband, “If I have to go to work, I won’t stop until I reach the top.”
That determination took me into senior roles and gave me opportunities I had worked hard for. But it also shaped how I operated. I had strong ideas about what success required, what I should be able to handle and how hard I needed to push myself.
Years later, during a conversation with my daughter, she asked me a question I could not easily answer:
“Are you saying no because it’s what you believe, or because it’s what you were taught?”
For the first time, I began looking more closely at the beliefs and expectations I had been carrying. Which of them were genuinely mine? And how much were they shaping the way I responded to other people?
That question also changed the way I looked at what I had been seeing throughout my professional life.
I had watched capable people respond very differently to the same pressure. I had seen leaders rely on strengths that had served them for years, only to find those same strengths becoming less useful in a different role or situation.
I wanted to understand why.
That led me more deeply into coaching and personality profiling, and into understanding how our natural tendencies, motivations, experiences and responses under pressure shape the way we operate.
After more than twenty five years working with people inside organisations, that is what I bring to your Blueprint.
I’m direct, and I ask a lot of questions. As one client put it:
“Georgia doesn’t sugarcoat, but she’s very warm.”

I've done personality assessments before. What's different?
The assessment is the starting point. The value is Georgia's interpretation of it, applied to your situation, then taken all the way to a priority and a roadmap.
I don't have one specific problem. Is this still for me?
Yes. Working out what matters most right now is what Session 2 is for.
How much time does it take?
Three 1-hour online sessions with Georgia, completed within six weeks. You'll complete the Human Dynamics Profile before your first session.
Is it confidential?
Yes. If your organisation pays, specific Profile information is only shared with your consent. They can receive general verbal feedback on progress and themes, not your Profile results.
What's your refund policy?
Because the Blueprint includes personalised preparation and three one-to-one sessions, refunds depend on how far you've progressed through the process. Please see the Terms & Conditions for the full cancellation and refund policy.
Put your development effort where it counts.
Find your priority. Build the roadmap around it.
